  1. What kind of Internet connection do I need?
      Any broadband connection (DSL or cable) should be fine.
  2. What do I need to view the event?
      Any Windows based computer with a broadband Internet connection.
  3. Can I view copies of the events after they are broadcast?
      Absolutely. All broadcasts are archived and kept on our servers for as long as you like. Each customer also receives a generous amount of storage with their plan. If over time you decide to keep many archives and exceed your storage limit, a small monthly fee will apply.
  4. I have a Mac, how do I view a broadcast?
      Easy, just need to have Flip4Mac installed on your Mac, or you can download it here.
